Ecomax is a physical business that sells products across Argentina. They needed a custom system to manage sales and control inventory, centralizing all operations in a single platform accessible to all employees.

Ecomax managed its sales and inventory with multiple disconnected Excel spreadsheets. Employees had no unified view of operations: stock fell out of sync, orders were duplicated, and any inventory query required manually reviewing several spreadsheets. This led to costly errors and consumed unnecessary hours of work every week.

We developed a custom management system with a sales module, real-time inventory control, an admin panel with differentiated roles and permissions per employee, and direct integration with Tiendanube to automatically sync stock between the system and the online store.
